Why can I not see prices in the catalogue?
It is our policy not to make the prices public in the catalogue. The price of the specific item that you choose in the catalogue will be sent to you in return when you send us a noncommittal order.
Is it possible to pay with a credit card?
It is possible to pay with a credit card only in our shops. When selling via the Internet we accept only payments by transaction to our bank account.
What if the bought item arrives damaged?
The goods are professionally packed and insured against damage. The transporter is responsible for any damage caused during transport. See Transport.
Do you guarantee the genuineness of the goods?
Of course. For a supplementary charge we can provide the bought item with an expert genuineness certificate. The export licence which is issued by distinguished state institutions also serves as a certificate.
I have not found the antiques I am interested in in the catalogue. Does it mean that you do not have them?
No, it does not. It is possible that we do offer them, they are just not listed in the internet catalogue. Please send us an e-mail with your demand or monitor our websites for new goods, the item you are interested in may appear among them .
Information about the goods in your catalogue seem insufficient to me. Could I get more detailed information about the goods?
Yes, just send a noncommittal order for the item and into the Note space write what information you are interested in. On request we can send you more photographs.
How do you deliver the bought goods to me?
The way of delivery of the bought goods depends on the character of the item as well as on the place where you will want to have it transported. See Transport.
I would like to see the goods in person. Is it possible?
Of course. We will be happy to welcome you in one of our three shops in the historical centre of Prague. Please send a noncommittal order of the item that you are interested in and into the Note space write that you would like to see the item in person. We will let you know immediately in which of our three shops you can see the goods.
